We want you to love your product and stand behind everything that we sell! If you are not satisfied with your Barrette Box purchase, you may return your unused purchase for a refund within 15 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your cost, minus shipping and handling. If you are sent the wrong item an exchange for the correct item will be made as long as the returned item is unused and unwashed. Please contact us at contact@thebarrettebox.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you feel something is not quite right, and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Barrette Boxes guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. All international sales are FINAL. If you purchase First Class Mail postage, then we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail after being shipped and will not provide a refund.
If your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, please request a cancellation via email to contact@thebarrettebox.com and include your order number. We will cancel your order within 2 business days and refund your purchase. Funds may take 5-7 business days to credit back to your account depending on your financial institution.
